How to prepare your home for a photoshoot

Preparing your home for a photoshoot is essential to ensure that your property looks its best and that the photographs turn out beautifully.  Here's a step-by-step guide on how to prepare your home for pictures:

TIMING

A note on timing: We work with incredible, high demand photographers and videographers who produce award winning work. We know photos have a huge impact on presenting the home. The following items must be done in advance prior to our start time as we only have a limited appointment with our team. We want to make sure the entire home is able to be photographed within the time constraints and video constraints. We've procured buyers time and time again from our social media posts so we are thrilled to be able to offer this service to see your home sale maximized and successful!
