Absolutely! You may have whatever colors, fonts and logos you'd like. 

 

OR you may use our branding, fonts and colors. It's completely up to you. We will provide a sign design and business card design. 

 

*All signage must be approved and must say "Brokered by Glass Realty" at a minimum. Since you are not a broker, you may not use the word "Realty" in your brand to stay in compliance. You must note that anywhere you have your company name/logo, you must have our logo or  "Brokered by Glass Realty" incorporated to stay in legal compliance with the realtor association.

 

 

Standard sales shall be a 90/10 commission split with Glass Realty LLC on all sales. Every transaction will require a $750 Transaction Fee and will include a Transaction Coordinator. The fee is reduced to $250 when you utilize Performance Title.

  • New Construction Sales will  have a $250 Transaction Fee and will not include a Transaction Coordinator.
  • For Listing Sales, if an agent uses preferred title company, Performance Title, Inc 954-748-4890; [email protected], Transaction Fee will be reduced to $250 ONLY and include a Transaction Coordinator.
  • When receiving a commission for a Referral from an outside brokerage, other than Glass Realty LLC, a transaction fee of $250 shall be paid to Glass Realty LLC.
  • If an agent refers a client to Glass Realty, the agent will receive 25% of the commission for the single side of a sale transaction referred to the brokerage. There are no referral commissions for rentals.

You are able to use Performance Title. They hold it for free.

Occasionally, yes we do and we have different opportunities to split certain commissions if you operate as a showing agent for us etc if you are are interested. However; more than that- we will teach you how to go after your own leads and build your own database.
