Client relationship management is key! We use Follow Up Boss! They even will provide you with your own phone number if you would like. It is not required to subscribe, but their fee is $58 a month.

Absolutely! You may have whatever colors, fonts and logos you'd like. 

 

OR you may use our branding, fonts and colors. It's completely up to you. We will provide a sign design and business card design. 

 

*All signage must be approved and must say "Brokered by Glass Realty" at a minimum. Since you are not a broker, you may not use the word "Realty" in your brand to stay in compliance. You must note that anywhere you have your company name/logo, you must have our logo or  "Brokered by Glass Realty" incorporated to stay in legal compliance with the realtor association.

 

 

Standard sales shall be a 90/10 commission split with Glass Realty LLC on all sales. Every transaction will require a $750 Transaction Fee and will include a Transaction Coordinator. 

  • New Construction Sales will  have a $250 Transaction Fee and will not include a Transaction Coordinator.
  • For Listing Sales, if an agent uses preferred title company, Performance Title, Inc 954-748-4890; [email protected], Transaction Fee will be reduced to $250 ONLY and include a Transaction Coordinator.
  • When receiving a commission for a Referral from an outside brokerage, other than Glass Realty LLC, a transaction fee of $250 shall be paid to Glass Realty LLC.
  • If an agent refers a client to Glass Realty, the agent will receive 25% of the commission for the single side of a sale transaction referred to the brokerage. There are no referral commissions for rentals.

It streamlines processes such as transaction management, compliance, document storage, commission tracking, and agent performance, aiming to reduce paperwork and improve productivity. Key features typically include tools for managing all aspects of a deal from offer to close, ensuring compliance with regulations, securely storing documents, and automating commission calculations. These programs also offer task automation, like sending reminders for contract deadlines, and provide performance tracking and reporting on agents and deal pipelines. Many realty back-office programs integrate with CRM systems, allowing seamless management of client information and leads.

Email addresses are charged on an annual basis of $86.40 a year (Subject to change if google changes it). However; we will refund you the $86.40 on your first transaction of each calendar year.  So essentially it is free!
