First, let's go back to the year 1998 as I hug tight the beanie babie I received in a happy meal. My three siblings and I would all hop on my older brother's peg bike (really safe, right!?), go to blockbuster and the local park where we would spin at dangerously high speeds on the merry-go- round and have a round or two of arm wrestling. My younger sister is super close in age so most the time I could beat her but other times, it would be a stale mate.
This is kind of where we are in the real estate market. Sellers kind of have an upper hand in the wrestling match with predicted appreciation of 1-5% but inventory is growing. While your favorite local blockbusters have gone away, buyers and demand for real estate are not going anywhere.
