While the inventory of single-family homes for sale are increasing and slowly transitioning from favoring sellers to buyers, townhomes and condos have officially moved into a “buyers market” with inventory now greater than six months supply. Palm Beach County closed 1,226 sales in March, and we’re continuing to see inventory climb. With 1,777 new listings, a 2.2% increase from March 2023.
