Part of our marketing strategy is simple: show up, add value, and stay connected. That’s why we send newsletters, targeted emails, and our “Letter of the Heart.” The best messages are personal, helpful, and authentic—they tell a story, share insights, and create a connection without ever asking for anything in return.

In real estate, this approach builds trust. Our emails and letters include market updates, evidence of success such as recently sold homes, practical tips (something that adds value) for homeowners, and something personal from our team—so clients feel informed, inspired, and genuinely connected. It’s not just about transactions; it’s about being part of our clients’ lives, providing guidance, stories, and connection long before and long after a home changes hands.

In order to learn to write engaging content- you absolutely have to READ THIS. It changed the game for me from being this robotic annoying realtor to creating connection with our audience. She'll teach you how to tell good stories. For example, take a peek at our newletter.

Side note: I chose hot pink and green to go with our party invite and really stand out. For all personalized professional material, I use our brand colors. I choose the picture. I chose more casual poses since its more fun and summer while keeping it professional in our outfits. I still kept our logo in there for brand recognition and keeps the brand consistent.

 

 

Now let's take a peek at our Letter of the Heart. We call it Mindset Matters. The goals of this letter is to create a point of connection, tell a story and don't talk about real estate. Real estate is about relationships and about keeping it real. My goal is for someone to get to know me as a person and feel inspired.

and now let's talk about the emails. The email is long, so it's not fitting succinctly in here, but it gives you an idea.
