Jupiter Yacht Club & Marina — Jupiter · near the Jupiter Inlet

Roughly 79 slips for vessels up to 65 feet, with quick access to the Jupiter Inlet and Lighthouse — one of the easier ocean cuts in the county on a calm day.

Palm Harbor Marina — Downtown West Palm Beach · Flagler Drive

The marina offers 200 world-class slips that can accommodate watercraft ranging from 50 feet to 250 feet, right on Flagler Drive — about as close to Clematis Street nightlife as a slip gets in this county.

Town of Palm Beach Marina — Town of Palm Beach

The only public marina actually located on the island of Palm Beach, with slips that scale all the way up to superyacht size. Close to the Flagler Museum and Worth Avenue.

Sailfish Marina Resort — Singer Island / Palm Beach Shores

The Inlets — Your Way to the Atlantic

Three cuts connect the Intracoastal to open ocean in our market. Each has its own personality.

Jupiter Inlet

Generally the most forgiving of the three on an incoming tide. Watch for shoaling near the north jetty.

Lake Worth Inlet

Deep, wide, and ship-channel maintained — this is the inlet cruise ships and superyachts use. Heavy commercial traffic.

Boynton Inlet

Narrow and current-heavy. Locals only run it at the right tide stage — not a forgiving cut for first-timers.

Where Boaters Actually Live

The communities buyers ask us about most when "private dock" is on the must-have list — a mix of deep-water Intracoastal frontage and gated boating communities built around their own marinas.

Admirals Cove — Jupiter

A gated golf and boating community built around its own marina basin with direct, no-bridge access to the Jupiter Inlet — one of the few communities in the county where you can dock a real sportfisher and be at the inlet in minutes.

North Palm Beach (Old Port Cove area / Prosperity Harbor) — North Palm Beach

Quiet, established neighborhoods along the Intracoastal with private backyard docks and easy access through Lake Worth Inlet. Many homes here sit on wide deep-water lots without the wake traffic of downtown West Palm.

South Flagler Drive / Bahama / SoSo — West Palm Beach

Ibis Isle & Everglade Island — Town of Palm Beach

Small, exclusive islands just off the main island of Palm Beach with private deep-water docks on the ICW — about as close as you get to a boating address on the island itself without the Worth Avenue price tag (though it's still Palm Beach pricing).

Manalapan — South of Palm Beach, on the barrier island

One of the smallest and most private towns in the county, with estate-sized lots running from ocean to Intracoastal — some properties have both a beach and a private dock on the same lot.

Lake Worth Beach (near Bryant Park / Snook Islands) — Lake Worth Beach

Local Rules Worth Knowing

Manatee zonesMost of the Intracoastal through Palm Beach County is a posted slow-speed or idle-speed manatee zone — fines are real and enforced by FWC.

No-wake near bridgesIdle speed within 300 feet of any drawbridge; several bridges (Royal Park, Flagler Memorial) open on a schedule, not on request.

Boater education cardAnyone born on or after Jan 1, 1988 needs a Florida Boating Safety ID Card to operate a vessel over 10 HP.

Life jacketsRequired onboard for every passenger; children under 6 must wear one at all times while underway on open deck.

Anchoring etiquetteMooring fields exist off North Palm Beach and Lake Worth Beach — anchoring inside marked channels or mooring fields is prohibited.
